I am waiting for payment more than two months. And no answer from support. Same situation with Clipdealer. What to do with such agencies. How to get money from them?

If I ran my business like this I'd be on the dole within a month! Sounds like legal help is needed if only to send a message to all agencies that not paying the agreed fees to contributors is wrong, even when closing an account under the minimum payout. They've received the money for our content and so should we.

I have tried to request funds from their site however the money never came in after 3 months, so i tried to contact them and was indicated that they would pay asap. Now after 1 month they still have not paid, nor are they picking up the phone or returning emails. Seems like they don't have funds to pay their contributors. Very bad agency.

Received this yesterday by email:

Hello, hello!

Here at the newly formed YayImages, along with new owners and management (working from home), we are undergoing some changes.

As one of our valued contributors, we would like you to be the first to know about some new initiatives at Yay.

First, customers can now purchase your images and vectors for $4.99 each, on our refreshed website.

We are seeing strong traffic and sales growth with the new single sales model as customers start to prefer paying for what they need, when they need it.  Some contributors are starting to see average image sale prices move up.

Second, as you know, we are refreshing our contributor dashboard and moving more services away from yaymicro, to the new https://contributors.yayimages.com/ dashboard.

Third, we are launching video footage single sales. The pricing model will be single sales only, customers pay for what they need, when they need it. We will share commissions on a 50/50 basis.

Pricing for video single sales, will be as follows:
SD: $49
HD: $59
4K: $149

The first step you need to take to become a video contributor, is to login to the contributor dashboard and request approval.

Once approved, you will be able to easily send your mp4 and mov source files, through sftp.

With the current stay-at-home measures around the world & the work from home movement, we're seeing a high number of requests for video content.

Click here to login and request approval to become a video contributor.

Stay safe!

Together in photography,
Alex @ the YayImages Team

Pricing for video sounds decent, but starting a "new" agency in this day and age without any unique selling points? Good luck.

I received that same e-mail.  I stopped uploading there years ago and they are my lowest-earning agency out of 22 - have made a grand total of $4.29 since 2013, with the last sale in 2014.  The idea that people might want to buy single images rather than sign up for subs packages could be true - I have been getting more ODs on SS the past few weeks and even some credit sales on DT.  However, I would be surprised if this is a sound basis for kickstarting an agency.  Their message reminded me to try to request payment just in case - they don't mention anything about a minimum but I had never uploaded tax documents so did that and will make a request for my paltry sum once those are approved.  If the new owners really want to make a good impression then they will honor all payout requests - they seem enthusiastic and I wish them well but won't be holding my breath.

In the light of Shutterstock's cash grab, YayImages now sounds like an interesting deal. I might actually look into uploading now!

Downloads of 2.5 cents and 5 cents with YayImages.
They acted far earlier than ss in giving tiny amounts, but no uproar as they're not popular.

That was 4 years ago, they've got new management and reopened.

Only single sales on demand sounds good to me and I would give it a try (if all great content would only be on demand and not in sub packs we could get stock back to a decent pricing).

But looking at their website I only find this

"Buy quality stock images and vectors with a one time credit pack purchase or by monthly subscription."

Still subs.

Where is that on demand stuff theyre talking about?
