Hey everybody...

I'm not sure what's going on with my istock account but here's how it is:

I registered my account in December 2006. At that time I got answer really fast to upload some pictures and government ID, which I did and also got that ID rejected.

Since I didn't have any other ID to resend I just left my account waiting till January this year.

I decided to try again with new ID, which i sent them in the mid January and since then nothing happened. I was waiting for more than a month when i tried to contact their support to ask them what is wrong, but I didn't get any answer. It just says "Pending Approval" when I click on upload button... and I think that it's saying a bit too long now... if i had just received some mail where they would tell me what's happening (if my pic are not good enough or so)...

That's why I'm asking you what to do? Shall I wait forever or just forget that istock exists? If not, what can I do about it?

thanks for answers in advance.

Yeah sometimes i have the feeling that they are not serious... ok they have a lot of work,  i get it... but if that's the case hire new people... i'm sure no serious business or company would wait more than a month to answer the question...
