Whenever I try to post (ask) something, the form is open, I can write, but wherever I choose to send my question, the portal dissappear, and I don't get the chance to chat with the person responding. I also get the reply in my mail, but whenever I click on the link l, support portal opens and disappears again. I have the same problem and tried different PCs and different browsers too - so you are not alone with that... which unfortunately doesn't help you either, sorry. I strongly assume that this is exactly the plan at Shutter, because support would have to be answered and they're really not good at that

A somewhat below-average week, it has been extremely quiet since Thursday...

@Raul Thanks for the info! It's definitely good that we now at least know that there has been a fundamental change. I've read through the help page, but I still can't tell now before uploading why some of my (for example) safari images will be too similar and others won't. In order to be able to assess this before uploading, you would have to do a search in the entire Adobe database for each image beforehand - actually, you would even have to do the search before you take the image :-) I don't think this is realistically feasible for the contributors - it would be far too time-consuming for the providers, who are already under a lot of cost pressure. From the Adobe side, I understand that - you want the widest possible collection with optimal results for the customer. And of course it's about making money, that's clear In my personal opinion, I see the following scenario here: -> The more variants you could theoretically upload, the higher the chance that more variants will go through, so the system is more likely to reward the image factory spammers who actually caused the problem. Nonetheless, thanks for the info

Same here, did not work with chrome - logged in on Edge and everything is fine. Seems to be the cookie set by Chrome...

seasonal images can take up to 3 season to get regular sales. customers have very, very long planning times. you need to build up a following of regular seasonal image buyers and that takes a very long time. Maybe we will see that next year ;-) Had the same effect last easter (and christmas), my for that season are not that new but they never started - they probably just drowned in the flood ^^

You both are doing very well - nice to see I had a terrible week, Saturday had 3 Dl - the complete week is "123 Dl, pos 3.560, RpD $0,76" (By the way, out of my about 270 easter images I had exactly 1 Dl this month...)After my AI work I am 95% back to camera stuff... with the actual chaos in rejections you have to ask yourself whether uploads AS still makes sense at all and I don't see that at the moment.

It's the economy, stupid Always funny to read such comments - what do such people smoke?! It makes you realise again why humanity is going downhill ^^ Thanks for the demonstration In my case the sales are quite normal, currently between 25 and 30 a day.

In the discord the removed files include simple color backgrounds that supposedly break adobes terms and other weird examples. What is the point of that? In my case 36 files were removed and the example image shown is a background of an old wall with some paint and structure on it. (see screenshot) This does not make any sense at all :-?
Content isn't just being removed for compliance reasons, but also because it is similar to other content you have submitted.
I had one removed yesterday for 'similar' reasons, and was quite cross, as the only other image I'd submitted from this location was quite different. However, when i checked a little more carefully, it was removed because I had accidentally submitted, (and had approved), the same image twice over.
Yes, on the one hand it is about similar content within the Adobe collection and on the other hand about content that supposedly breaks the guidelines. And I don't have a fundamental problem with the fact that the guidelines need to be adapted from time to time. The problem I see here is that we contributors are left completely in the dark. There is no reasonable statement about which images were removed and why. Just a link to your own rejections, which you can't sort - in my case there are more than 10,000 files in there (which is not surprising with 64,000 online files). I have absolutely no chance of finding out which other 35 images have been removed, because I have no search filter and the images are not sorted at the top of the rejection list, but are sorted by upload date... which is completely nonsensical, to put it mildly. You do that if you don't want the contributor to be able to find it To put it briefly and directly: -> no problem that you have to customize and maybe also clear something away sometimes -> a big problem is the lack of transparency and the complete lack of communication with the contributors (who ultimately make the business possible, at least so far) And we'd rather not even talk about the currently incomprehensible rejections :-) On Discord there have been several instances of people complaining about images that have been removed, but I have found that the exact same images are still online in their portfolios with different file numbers. So for anyone wondering why a file has been removed please check your portfolio and see if you have a duplicate of it still online. Good advice - I just tried that once and didn't find the image from my post in the AdobeStock portfolio, so it wasn't a complete duplicate. What I found in the search are such images that at least explain the deletion of similar images: Example 1: - https://stock.adobe.com/de/images/texture-of-old-rustic-wall-covered-with-gray-and-blue-stucco-multilayers-of-old-paint-on-the-wall-textured-background-selective-focus/886762746- https://stock.adobe.com/de/images/texture-of-old-rustic-wall-covered-with-gray-and-blue-stucco-multilayers-of-old-paint-on-the-wall-textured-background-selective-focus/886762672- https://stock.adobe.com/de/images/texture-of-old-rustic-wall-covered-with-gray-and-blue-stucco-multilayers-of-old-paint-on-the-wall-textured-background-selective-focus/886762924Example 2: - https://stock.adobe.com/de/images/close-up-of-concrete-and-brick-wall-cracks-in-the-wall-selective-focus/991545887- https://stock.adobe.com/de/images/close-up-of-concrete-and-brick-wall-cracks-in-the-wall-selective-focus/991545827- https://stock.adobe.com/de/images/close-up-of-concrete-and-brick-wall-cracks-in-the-wall-selective-focus/991545804The fact that such clearly recognizable duplicates are still included is very strange - but the deletion is yet to come. The process is still running and today on Saturday another 7 pictures disappeared from my portfolio and I have no idea which ones they are

Found the contributor settings - they were scrolled out of the window bottom left. But there is no opt-out option for the unlimited subscription in my account You probably weren't selected... your photos don't please the gentlemen of SS
You could be right about that and I wouldn't mind not being selected for the Unlimited program But maybe Shutter has already removed the Opt-Out switch for some contributors ;-)

Opted out immediately I am sure I am blind, but can you help me where to find that ppt-out switch? Trying to find it for about 10min now, but cannot find the contributor setttings... pretty sure its time to look for some glasses Edit: Found the contributor settings - they were scrolled out of the window bottom left. But there is no opt-out option for the unlimited subscription in my account - just: - Image licensing - Video licensing - Image data licensing - Video data licensing

P5 non existent for me in 2025 so far. Same here - 2 downloads in 2025 with about 5.000 Videos. At least for me Pond5 seems to be a dead horse...

Congrats on the video sales! Makes a real difference. I was very lucky this week with 2 video sales for $70 each - I usually only see a handful of those all year.

I tried to use the new one but after I entered my description, keywords, category and Illustration file type and tried to submit, most of what I had entered disappeared! I tried doing it in different orders, and saving multiple times during the process but no matter what I did I lost my inputs and couldn't submit. I ended up using the suggestion above about getting to the legacy version via the keywording tool and was able to submit that way. Can anyone advise how to use the new version successfully? Unfortunately, I have no idea how the new interface can be used in a meaningful and functional way, and it's probably not possible because it's full of bugs. But: If you go to Portfolio -> Keyword suggestions you still get to the old interface.

Plus - it is strange, it seems like there is almost a 'max # of weekly downloads' per account... like - even though I did a lot more work, the downloads kind of just fluctuate within a certain range, not really going up, and not really going down overall. It seems to have been like that for about the last 1.5 years within the same 'range'. That's really interesting that you mention that. I've also been watching the figures very closely for a good 2 years and have had exactly the same thought. It's probably just a classic conspiracy thought, but whenever I exceeded 150dl per week after a while, there was always a dip to around 110dl per week. The last two spontaneous slumps were at the end of March24 and now in December24. But we will probably never understand the very complex relationships between world events, the Adobe search algorithm, internal changes and customer wishes :-) That's why I'm now dumping images into the account with the big bucket and trying to keep the quality as high as possible (the rejection rate suddenly went up from 10% to 30% a good week ago) and then I'll see what happens if I only upload camera images for a while (like 2-3 years ago). In any case, the hourly wage remains low ;-)

@Cobalt: There are currently 54,500 (and about 8,000 left to upload - currently a few hundred a day). The review queue is limited to 3001, as far as I remember. AI png I also have around 1,000 images in my portfolio, but only silhouettes - real png#s are very time-consuming and I'm not a graphic designer @SuperpPhoto: Yes, I was also under the impression that upload quantity doesn't have such a big impact, but the chance of a good seller is just bigger with more bandwidth. It's my last attempt in the field of AI images with large quantities by my standards and a wide range of topics to catch a few top sellers. I'll be using my AI picture account for the last week and then I'll be on holiday - a few days after Iceland to get the camera glowing again

Since I completely changed my workflow for AI images (exactly 3 weeks ago), I have created, edited, tagged and finally scaled 9,300 images - the only thing I still do manually is select which images to remove. Otherwise such a quantity would not be feasible. This is the final attempt to get the account forward, if it doesn't work over mass, then AI is completely overcrowded - last year I lost about 30 weekly downloads, although I had about 13,000 accepted files in 2024. Now it has to go up, otherwise it's no use anymore PS: and in the meantime I already have the first downloads from the uploads of the last 3 weeks - so it could be that it works.

That is why I am asking, how was it for others? In my case, the week with Valentine's Day wasn't unusual, but I don't have too much holiday material either - it doesn't work for me somehow. This week is a bit better with 143DL (25 camera images, 7 videos, 111 ai images), but I'm also producing a lot of AI content at the moment (for the last 3 weeks) (an average of 350 images per day) - it's like the last AI attempt to get a small piece of the cake.

I had about 60 violations in one email today - my favourite:
3D-Illustration of a Vatican City Flag - Realistic Waving Fabric (Raster) This content violates our policies on sexual content.
You could ask yourself whether they have information that I might not have ;-)

Ah ok, thanks. So everything will be fine. That's my current assumption - at least from Panthermedia's point of view, everything seems to be in order. However, I'm not sure what will happen on the Yayimages side afterwards. I had an account there that generated between 10 and 50 sales every month until September 2023 (always for exactly $0.25 per sale), but since September I haven't had a single reported sale there. After several inquiries, Yayimages support told me briefly and succinctly that there were suddenly no more sales and that sounds neither probable nor confidence-inspiring ;-)

You have really good figures - I'm delighted :-)
For me it's 118DL so far this week (still far away from the avg. 160 per week 1 year ago) - still not good, especially considering my upload volume at the moment.

Yes, I also have a Panthermedia account and previously had a Yayimages account. The outstanding money with Panther was correctly transferred to Yay and has already been paid out by Yay (I already had the tax form and ID there). So far, Panther has kept all its promises to me.
The pictures have not yet arrived on my Yay account, but that could take up to 3 months.
