I get a payout from 123 every other month. They are way down the list for priority of uploading, only getting pictures when I have a bit of spare time - not often! I would not dump them because I do get regular payouts, just not enough of them! I don't check my earnings there often enough to notice any problems.

Wow, what possibilities! Imagine a matching salt and pepper set with lcd screens, or mayonnaise with built in internet. This could be a winner. Then there are possibilities for fork handles and knife blades. But someone would sneak adverts in there!

"The survey is currently closed"!
SALES.
Concentrate on pleasing the customers first. I can put up with a lot if you just sell my stuff.

I cannot get anything over 9 mb to upload via FTP,(I use Filezilla). I uploaded a couple of larger files using the manual system and they went through fine. I am not resizing everything just for Veer, and I don't have time to upload everything manually, so they will only get the smaller files.

Sounds like Atilla has got a job at Veer.

I am please to hear that you got a payout already, when the site is not properly launched. That is encouraging. Can I be cheeky and ask for a link to your portfolio on Veer. I am keen to see what kind of pictures are selling on there. IM it if you don't want it on the main message board. I have been away for a number of days every week, and not had the time to do a lot of snooping round the sites.
Werkman, your English is better than my German! We are excited about Veer not because it is a new site, but because of who owns it!

You have got too many clouds. All the best stock pictures have a single fluffy white cloud in the sky.

Call them anyway, just in case.

I have had 7 refunds taken by Fotolia in the last 12 months. Much less than 1%. I have had a few from Bigstock, but have not kept count there. Maybe $10 in total over the last year. Never had any that I can see from Dreamstime or any other site.

I can't login. So I can't upload. Support is not answering.
I think CRESTOCK IS GONE.................bye bye
I can log in no problem, not that it is worth doing!

I stopped uploading there ages ago. They are the worst site of all as far as contributors go. The commission is an insult, and the rejections just stupid.

I just logged in to check my sales and found one of those big Fotosearch sales. A nice surprise. The happen just often enough to keep me interested. I like Canstock. I have a portfolio of 936 images with them. They are a fair site, always approachable and willing to talk to the contributor. They have nice little touches, for example, being able to export a list of images in your portfolio as an xls file. Their approvals are consistent, and sales are regular but not as frequent as I would like. In my priority list for uploading they are number eight behind 123rf.

I think a lot of people are like me. I was put off uploading by the extended licence pricing. Now, let us know when you have FTP uploading, and we will be looking at your site with interest!

I have good sales there, and I make the most money from SX single sales, so the loss of the other two sites will not be a tragedy. New images are still very slow to get going, but not as slow as at istock. Perhaps because the volume is less. I still reach payout a few times a month, so I would miss them if they were not around.

There have been some howlers over the years. What about Totally Photos, who ran off with all our pictures? Then there was one, I cannot remember the name, but one of the staff were selling our pictures as their own. The biggest fiasco has to be istock. When they started they had a really good view of what they wanted to do, and they were ALL contributors. They had real ideals, and made a big difference to a lot of lives. However money counts, and they sold out. Now the welfare of the contributor will come way down the list, with profit at the very top.

Are they small sales for web use?

I like Panthermedia. I had a problem with my account recently and they were very friendly and sorted it for me. I don't sell a lot there, but the rates make it a nice little 'extra' earner. I had not noticed the review times getting longer, my last lot took about 12 days to go through. I uploaded this morning, so I will see what happens.
Well I have checked every day, and this morning they were through, and the majority are recommended. It took 8 days, an improvement on before and acceptable in my view.

If you go back a couple of items, the Hologram film is excellent.

They are dropping the ratings system at last. I just checked and I had a sale! So few sales there I don't bother checking most of the time.

I have found that if you a waiting a while, editing the images seems to nudge things along. I have waited days for a review, while reading on here about people getting through in hours. They certainly do not review in strict order.

I had a good day with Photos.com. Some pay per download sales really boost the earnings. Have we heard when the change over is going to happen?
