I have been using a Viewsonic VP2365wb with IPS panel for the last two year. I'm very happy with it. Color accuracy is very good. Cost about $300.-

Has anybody been selling prints or digital personal copies on 500px.com?

Quite a few of the smaller agencies pass the PP fee to the contributor, while most of the larger agencies cover the fees for us. It is similar with Payoneer. Istock covers the fee, but Veer and others don't. The cost of doing business, I guess.

I have most of my portfolio already on Pixmac, should I go ahead and upload everything to Pond5 as well, or is that not necessary? Thanks in advance.
Not necessary to do anything. Just the acceptance of new terms is needed.
Thanks, that's great. I already accepted the new terms.

I'd like to see all sites handle their partners like Yaymicro do. They have a page with them all listed and we can opt out of any of them.
We have a bit more simple, but a list of partners that you can opt-out from. You can find it in My Account > Settings > For contributors
Sounds good, but what if I do want everything from DP to be on Pond5 and Pixmac? How do I get it moved over?
If you have everything at DP, you don't have to care about anything. For now it's not completed, but we are working on a system that will move all content from Pixmac to Pond5 and vice versa. You can consider both sites as one company with two sub-brands (like Fanta and Coca-Cola). Still, considering your royalties, it might make sense to upload directly to either Pixmac (if you have vectors) or Pond5 (if you have just photos). Later in time, the integration of the two sites would be better than it is now.
I have most of my portfolio already on Pixmac, should I go ahead and upload everything to Pond5 as well, or is that not necessary? Thanks in advance.

I'm 0.08$ away from my first payout, took me a few years to get there, but like others have said, upload is easy, so I'm sticking with them.

Is anybody still active there? Things have been pretty quiet for some time and I do better on Zazzle so I'm giving it a break.

I'm doing ok on it, I've been adding maybe 20 or so products a month, not a whole lot. It helps to add a bit to the microstock sales.

I don't know how you do it. It seems you have less than 80 images on your site. How do you get sales? Plus, there is no immediate download option after payment. Do you send the files manually to the buyer?

To each his own. Go for it, if that is how you feel led to proceed.

I remember reading somewhere (if my memory serves me well), that if you are on Thinkstock it is better to opt out.

The whole sounds to me like, "Give us your free content, so we can make a pile of money, and a few crumbs might fall of the table for you."

Do you use indexing when submitting files on Fotolia? When submitting normally you can choose important keywords to be on top, with indexing you just submit. Is it still important to set keywords priority manually for every file?
I have never bothered to do that. Seems a lot of effort for uncertain and unlikely results.

I received the same email and took them up on it. Have had about 300 images accepted so far. Fairly slow review times, and no sales yet.
Most folks will agree that it is not worth uploading there.

Congratulations! Well done! Getting into SS is tough these days. I was lucky to have signed up in the early days when you didn't have to submit 10 for approval. I might not even get in these days.

Can I sell my architecture images on Zazzle without property releases? Like shots of random buildings taken from the sidewalk in downtown Madrid. I asked Zazzle, but they never responded.
Yes, you can, as long as it is on printed products, mugs, etc for personal use.

Thank you for making the effort and for putting in all the hard work. I hope it pays off in some way.

make your own with random notes. 99% of people buying the photos wouldn't even notice. Just make sure you put a note to the inspector that you composed it.
I agree, you are always safest if all elements in an image are your own creation.
