My problems are with the Web Form uploader, Anglee, not FTP. I submitted a message via the contact form.
The last try was rejected because "File too Large."
It was a simple 5mb JPG file? ?
Hi WarrenPrice, It's ok now! You may try to re-upload using the Web Form Uploader. Cheers, Anglee

Cascoly and Anonymous,
Alex advises that you do not delete rejected photos that you might want to appeal, as we maintain a history of which reviewer rejected which image. Hence, you can just tell us which filename is affected, we will do the rest.
Many thanks, Anglee
1. who are you? why are you speaking for Alex? common courtesy dictates a 'new member' who WORKS for an agency should identify themselves, and not start leaving msgs with no indication of your connections
2. why are YOU telling us this rather than Alex? Alexeady stated he AGREES with his reviewers ridiculous mass rejections
Hi Cascoly, I'm one of the online marketing executives in 123RF.com. I liaise with Alex directly thus I'll get all the updated information regarding the issues that you're facing now and responded to you as needed. Cheers, Anglee

Hi All,
Thanks for your opinions on rejections at 123RF.com. i was about to jump on the review team and get severely mad with them for rejecting the images that you painstakingly shot and uploaded to us.
But before that, it is only fair that I hear both sides of the story. And I did, I personally went through the rejections and to simply put it, I have to agree with their decision.
However, at 123RF.com we do hear out our contributors and give them an avenue for appeal if you wrote to [email protected], I understand that the contributors have been using this avenue too. Therefore, after re-reviewing the images, we also have concluded that they would continue to be rejected for purely technical reasons.
If you feel that other stock agencies have accepted your photo when we rejected them, please feel free to quote our image filename and provide us a link to the other stock agency to strengthen your appeal to us.
We pride ourselves in being a learning organization and we do learn from our mistakes and we're not afraid to apologize if mistakes have been made.
At this juncture I'd like to leave you with a request - please be objective in raising your appeal, if you feel that in all fairness, the images you took are simply not good enough, perhaps you should just leave things as it were.
Thank you very much.
Alex. for 123RF.com

Hi Zeus, No worries. UID is your User Identification/ User ID. Cheers, Anglee

Their recent rejections are simply ridiculous. They reject the photos that istock sells in the first week online and accept some of the borderline ones. No wonder they can't grow. Are they saving storage space or targetting crestock's customer base ? Poor lighting/compositon? C'mon 123, give me a break, come up with more relevant rejection reasons.
After I bought 5dII my acceptance rate at IS is going rapidly up, they reject hardly anything, at the same time 123 reject almost everything. I am not going to deal with 123 for the time being. It's useless. Huge waste of time.
Hi Tom, Please email to [email protected] . I will look into this for you. Cheers, Anglee

I realize this might better be answered on a site forum - if they had one.
I used to be able to see the total number of sales when I looked at the "faved" section, but I don't see them there anymore. Were they removed because this allowed people to see sales that weren't reported and paid? Are the totals listed somewhere else?
In any case, this is a useful statistic to me and I would like to know if someone else has found this somewhere, as the site keeps changing and isn't always logical for me.

Hi everyone! We have hidden the download counter due to some bugs. The counter notification will be hidden until further notice. Hence, for the time being, kindly take the download stats as the most authoritative source of the image's performance at: http://www.123rf.com/submit/downloaded_stats.php AND http://www.123rf.com/submit/commission.phpSorry for the inconveniences. Thank you. Regards, Anglee

What is the deal at 123 with the high rejection rate again...I slowed down uploading there because they were so far behind in reviews again. I had images waiting since 4/10 (almost a month). Although I only had 26 images waiting, they rejected 24 all for "Poor Lighting/Composition ". They were all accepted (except 2) at the top guns.
Funny thing is, 123 approved the 2 images the big guys rejected. I have to say I wasn't real crazy about them but submitted them anyway. I get a strong feeling they are trying to clear their pending queue....at what cost...
Hi Jcpjr, Could you please kindly forward us your account information to [email protected] so that we can proceed to investigate the issues further? Thank you for your kind assistance Regards Anglee

Thanks, Anglee, I will write directly to Alex later this week. Just FYI, the problem was communicated to [email protected] a week ago (but, alas, with no response).
Best,
K

Interestingly enough, as I just noticed, there are large download (and, obviously, earning!) count discrepancies between figures at www.123rf.com/myfavimages.php > My Images and www.123rf.com/submit/commission.php -- even taking into account the refund to-and-fro download math at www.123rf.com/submit/downloaded_stats.php.
In other words, assuming the summarized download count at www.123rf.com/myfavimages.php > My Images for my port equals to 100%, the Downloads Total at www.123rf.com/submit/commission.php shows only about 85% of dls, with earnings reduced accordingly (!)... (Just one example in order to be more specific: at My Images, an image has a statistics of 9 dls, while scrolling through the monthly stats at www.123rf.com/submit/downloaded_stats.php shows only 6 dls and no refunds.)
Needless to say, I have properly documented all the above -- and looking forward for immediate and efficient reaction from the 123RF side. Also, it goes without saying that I will not hesitate to be in touch with my copyright agency, should a necessity arise.
P.S. Just to avoid any misunderstandings: I use static IP for years and have no habit to download anything from my ports for free...

300 bucks for resizing.. wow, it looks like the best April Fool's
So when i sell my regular (not MS) image for 325$, the work i've put in it is 25$ and the rest is just for the resolution changes - ok now i know what to tell to the client:>
Also i think FTP does not work for me, have to use the XP tool instead :/ maybe it could be fixed too. And the Twitter checkboxes do not work - should they disappear after submitting?
And by the way, the OPT OUT of this would be great.
Hi, the twitter checkbox has been fixed, it should work now. Thanks for the heads up!

Hi LostOne, currently our forums have indeed been removed from the site for the time being. Nonetheless, you may forward any feedback you may have to us via our discussion page on Facebook via http://www.facebook.com/123rffans#!/123rffans?v=app_2373072738 or you may also tweet to us via our twitter page at www.twitter.com/123rf .
How can we make FTP work with the new design? It's been HORRIBLE to upload to for the last 2 weeks.
I'm having the same type problems with the XP bulk uploader. Not sure it was included in the redesign?
We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We're having webform and FTP currently for you to upload images. And, we're upgrading our uploader tools to incorporate flash, please standby.
