They rolled out improvements that disable editing function. You can't copy keywords anymore. Catalog manager is replaced by some terrible Marketplace Editor. We lose ways to work and they roll out new versions that no one needs or asks for. Don't be surprised next time you try to upload or edit. There is a tab for now to use legacy, we don't know how long that will stay. There's also a comment tab on top. Try the new and tell them what you think.

the limit for AI content already exists,we just don't know what it is,and I think it's better to know for many reasons.
in the contributor terms:
"We dont permit multiple account creations to submit similar or identical content to inflate sales,or to bypass upload limits for generative AI content".
as you can see,if this rule exists,it means that there is already a limit for AI content.
if it is not possible to know this limit ok,but I think it is better for everyone to know it.
They had the same rules before AI, most agencies, including those that don't take AI, have the same rules, one account allowed. Upload limits are real, your theory that there are acceptance limits is just your guess.

Yes, it seems that Adobe started those AI generated "vectors" removal.
Unfortunately....they do it just for files which are reported by contributors. There is still HUGE acceptance rate for those fraudulent AI generated files.
Another reason to know the limit of acceptable AI content for sale by Adobe per account.
knowing this limit, which already exists but no one knows what it is,I think is important.
in this case, for example, knowing the limit of AI content that Adobe can accept per account per month or year can be a deterrent for the creation of multiple accounts in order to circumvent these limits which are currently unknown.
but this is only one of many reasons, officially knowing the limit of AI content that Adobe can accept per account per month or per year is important.
Mat,I repeat my proposal in case you missed it in the other thread:is it possible to know what these limits are so that people know it,and act accordingly,in order to adapt to these limits?
Do we all agree that knowing is better than not knowing?
There is nothing that supports your idea that there's a acceptance limit on Adobe. The only support is your idea, reading between the lines, your personal translation, and coming up with a odd theory. There is an upload limit, but no invisible secret acceptance limit.

are you sure these aren't auto-traced vectors?
and please show some respect for those who are working, remember that Mat has rules to follow,he is working!
Auto traced vectors, and almost always in sets of four or less, similar images? Did you look at them?

Spend your time learning something AI can't make.
But what would that be? Because if you put AI in an android body there is really absolutely no thing I can think of that an AI couldn't potentially do in the future. Maybe programming AI? But how long before AI can do that too...? And what once seemed like something for the "far future", like out of si-fi-movie, now doesn't seem so far fetched with how fast AI is suddenly progressing.

AI can't possibly bicker about AI as well as we do. So maybe that's what we all ought to be training to do. And possibly learn the art of doing nothing and meditating till the end of our lives.
The impact of AI on artists will depend on how it is developed and used, and how society perceives and values human-generated art compared to AI-generated art.

From my point of view i see a benefit being paid in USD. Probably its just my opinion but i think inflation will get worse in Europe next years. USD will do better. The 3% PayPal currency exchange rate is annoying but maybe it will be better to keep income in USD at PayPal. Just if you don't need the microstock money every month at your Euro bank account.
If that really happens and $ becomes much stronger than , I could bet that AS won't keep 1 = 1 ratio for these currencies.
I get your point but its Unlikely theyre paying you a dollar so it doesnt cost them any more or less. Theyre saving by reducing red tape, staff and systems converting currency in house. Its the bank / payment system that takes on that job and takes a % cut by offering a slightly less favourable conversion rate.
It took 4 pages and there's the answer. Nothing but making bookkeeping easier. US company pays in US dollars.

They have replied pretty quick asking for usual details like publication date. Sent them examples but where do you start. Its 1500 assets!
So can this be reported to police or anything? 2100 sales to this thief! I presume they just get away with it.
MOre importantlyu if so many are finding their images on Freepik can we ascertain how this is happening? How are they getting hold of our portfolios? One library has a security hole and they should be challenged on this
Good that people are paying attention, looking and trying to stop this.
Just a question, which I have no idea to the answer. How much did 2.11k Downloads pay this person?
I don't understand:
There is not a fixed price for the download of an image. This is how your earnings from downloads will be calculated:
In the PPD model, earnings calculation is based on the share of the net revenue obtained from Freepiks Premium subscribers.
This revenue is shared among contributors based on two concepts:
The contributors share will correspond to the 50% of the net revenue obtained from Premium subscribers who download content in an specific invoicing period divided by the number of downloads made by those subscribers during that period. The calculation of every download remuneration will be adapted to every contributor, since the price per download will depend on the number of downloads made by the subscriber downloading the contributors image in a specific invoicing period.
The formula used by Freepik to calculate the remuneration of a single download in a monthly invoicing period will be as follows:
(Net Revenue from Subscriber X/ Downloads made by Subscriber X)* 50% revenue share= one download remuneration
50% of what the premium subscribers pay. But if the downloads are free, then 2.15K downloads could be nothing?
How much do people actually get paid per credit in a normal situation?
Pennies and dimes

I use a T/S Nikkor 45mm for product photography. Food close-ups on a background. great for getting everything sharp in the plane of focus...great investment but then I get paid per commission and it's paid for itself 10X+.
Food and travel. What else would make me want to buy a special lens like a TS? How else is it useful.

Is that the older chap who also has a music label and had around 550575 posts on the old Shutterstock forum?
Was wondering his whereabouts too.
No he didn't own a music label. He made up half of what he claimed and the other half was half truths. True he posted over 50,000 good tips and advice replies on the SS help forum. He reviewed for Bigstock for a couple of years.

and on with the good news received for a video
How do you create such a display of statistics in your account? At the beginning, the amount, then the date, and it's all there. Or did you write the amount, date and make a screen yourself? This is how sales are not displayed in my account - the amount and the date next to it. Make another screen where it will be clear that this is really a screenshot from the shutterstock account. Yes, and I don't know of any such deductions now. For 4K? They would also provide a screenshot of the video.

I am around 200th for the week with around 1000dls (don't want to be more specific or discuss portfolio size)
Why not?
Because I am anonymous on this forum and any more info would make me (even more) easily identifiable. If I was in position 10000 a few dls either way on a given week could radically change my position. I have already narrowed down who I am to a handful of people (to the agency).
I want to be able to critique agencies without fear of being banned (like happened to Sean and Jo Ann).
You aren't anonymous, Sean wasn't banned for posting on MSG or forums, Jo Ann wasn't banned for what she wrote here. I'd like to have her say how she got banned to believe that? Agencies don't have spies watching what we write here they don't care. The only regular reader is Mat who comes to help and inform. Tell the truth.

Calling ss racist rejections for same images uploaded to another account?
Well, Well, I don't know what to think anymore. Photographs that look great and are selling in other agencies and whose model release has been accepted without any problem, are rejected again and again in SS because supposedly the model release is not valid. I have already written my problem above. Nobody answers me anything other than, I can't have two accounts and I can't upload photos to two accounts. What a forum, so little help.
Translated with www.DeepL.com/Translator (free version)
Because you accuse them of being racist and blacklisting you not asking about rejection reasons or why a model release is rejected. We can't help your anger. You're right the support is terrible and they don't answer, been that way for years. You can't have two accounts. What should we answer to that?

That wasn't a house project but you two can go on in your imaginary dream make up world. The answer was on SS forums unless you are banned there. Eighth-Wonder is not a in-house contributor test account.
Most people especially those who are busy shooting, uploading and making money didn't waste time on Shutterstock forum btw. I posted there for very short time for a few months before I stopped wasting my time engaging with majority trash talkers.
Thanks for reminding me All those nobody stock contributors hate me. LOL!! Whatever. They got nothing better than ridiculing people. Useless posters. They've never started a meaningful thread/conversation. All they do is to come in and ridicule people. And then I strike back, they get upset like a little punk. LMAO!! Weak.
OK, I "Ignore"d all the garbage posters on this forum now. Maybe they are the same people I ignore on Shutterstock forum but different username. lol I just hope they ignore me as well and stop stalking me like obsessed wackos.
Seems you have problems with many others and no respect.
I only have problems and have no respect for those I described in my quotes you just posted. You get what you throw at me. I don't turn the other cheek.

There is Always a higher level of greed with stock agencies
Stock agencies are "for profit" businesses. Nothing wrong with being in business for profit. Greed is part of increasing business stockholder value, and executive/staff and asset creator/supplier compensation. It's a major driver of their business models. Greed no doubt plays it's part - as it does in many aspects of business and life.
It's become glaringly obvious in recent years that stock agencies organic growth has stagnated.
That's why agencies consolidate and gobble up competitors, spread and share creator assets across competing platforms, and drive asset pricing down with subscription and bundled asset schemes to untenable levels for asset creators. All attempts to grab more market share.
It's apparently the only methods they have left to drive growth in the industry.
So why don't they raise prices like many other industries do? If the main players do that....would solve a lot of problems.
Other industries only raise prices to offset higher costs. Price competition is always important. Microstock lowers pay for us to reduce costs then lowers prices and makes more profit. How would stock sites make more money by paying us more? If you can answer that question, tell them so we get paid more fairly.

Don't forget the rocket crisis. USA didn't allowed Russian missiles to be installed on Kuba, right? Would Americans have attacked back then? Hell yes.
On the photo Belgrade 1999 after NATO bombing.
NATO fought against murder, rape, ethnic cleansing and genocide by the military and the forces of Slobodan Miloević government.
