what do you guys prefer and why?

Sudden decrease by about 30%-40% since December. Shutterstock has obviously changed something. In my opinion it's the 'same artist' display. Used to be that a customer was able to view similar images by the same artist, now only your most popular images get displayed, often irrelevant to the customer search.
I'm in the USA and I find after 4:00 (16:00) sales practically stop for the rest of the day. Awful.

the whole thing is so dumb. and frustrating.  today I'm uploading a batch from a historic notable cemetery in philadelpha called Laurel Hill Cemetery.  I can't include the keyword 'laurel hill cemetery' and my only choices for 'laurel hill' are a basketball player and some other person.

One of the main reasons I haven't uploaded there for over six months.

Wow. This is so disturbing. I too have found completely irrelevant keywords in some of my files. Any way to change them after they've been upload and accepted?

I don't know except it has garden in it? Sounds like a flawed search not spam.

i know. thanks Jim.  even more concerning is why my images dont come up in the search results when clearly all the valid keywords on included on my file.

and why would a search of

i never paid much attention but today I'm on a mission and I'm searching for my images on the IS/getty site.  I'm finding tons of weird stuff. 
for instance, a search of 'madison square garden' produces this:

I uploaded yesterday using the new V3.  Today I'm getting an error that it can't find file/user/desktop.  anyone else experiencing this?

I'm noticing more rejections the last month.  i just had a batch rejected because the reviewer wants more information on the location..meanwhile i have quite a few images from this location that have been previously been accepted months ago. same keywords, same caption.  not complaining, just an observation. was wondering if anyone else has noticed this as well.

Yeah well, their forum is awful. They move posts to other threads without notifying the OP. When I searched my own original threads, the links in my profile/account lead me to broken links. I later (after digging) find my posts moved and buried on a thread pages and pages long. I think the forum moderator there is OCD and overly concerned with tidying up and consolidating threads. I'm not interested and don't have the time to search pages and pages of conversations to see if my questions have been answered. Seems like a no brainer courtesy to let folks know their post has been moved.

i got my invitation. also downloaded deepmeta v3. but at this point i wouldn't upload with a 10 foot pole.  things are so buggy and confusing  right now. isnt it wiser to let them figure out and fine tune before hopping in?

ESP isnt even working for me today when i try to sign in on my desktop.
works fine on my iPhone. 
i have an awful lot of money that i earn on IS and the PP. its awful to sit here and wonder if they'll really truly get things right lol or if everything will get gobbled up into a blackhole lol!

my rent was due and PP covered a majority of it but haven't seen anything of these earnings calculated since November.  So.. can someone tell me whats happening?  Really appreciate it. thanks

the new ESP forum is awful to try to get information from. this unification is confusing hell.
can someone simply tell me where and when i will see my earnings from partner program royalties AND will these earnings be available on the ESP once its fully functional?

thats what i thought. i wonder how the upload process between the 2 portals compare as far as ease AND i wonder how the search ranking compares between the fotolia site and adobe.

I've been a contributor at FT for many years.  do i or should i be doing something to prepare for the adobe portal? or is it just business as usual..continue to upload and keep my portfolio on FT?

i can't help but wonder if keyword order helps with 'best match' searches. 
If my photo of water has the keyword 'water' in the 15th position and you're photo of water has 'water' in the 1st position would that give your photo higher ranking in best match search? 

hmmm, i really didn't think keyword order had any significance in search ranking at shutterstock.  i guess comparing keyword order of popular vs best match of a single search word would be a good way to tell.

thats really annoying since 9 out of 10 times when i submit a nyc skyline pictures i get rejected cause the reviewer thinks the Empire State Building is too prominent.  like i can help its a prominent skyscraper??

Common bug, yet another one, probably no photo sales are showing, just that old video sale. I had that last month, next day all was back to normal. Or just try waiting 5 minutes, reload the page. But you're right it's a well known and repeating bug.
