Also again a reminder we must have portfolios on many different agencies.
Oh, it reminds me the advices we read on forums 15 years ago. Really, making an update and restarting is always a good idea. But well, you are the teacher, sorry for my insolence.

I've been a dedicated contributor to Adobe Stock for over six years... I started creating AI images half a year ago and uploaded with high accept rate. I've been a dedicated contributor to Adobe Stock for 17 years, only submitting to Adobe stock the cream of the crop, non-AI images that took me sometimes hours of work to complete each one (if not days, Driving long distance, waiting for perfect lights, etc...). The victims start changing sides (or are now on both sides), we only learn from our mistakes. But I do not rejoice in the misfortune of others. But I won't cry if the invasion of AI images is curbed. I no longer had any motivation to work for hours for nothing, and I had stopped submitting my images. doing work that wasn't worth it, because of thieves, copycats, search engines, dilution, rejections becoming random, and finally, the worst part, AI invasion. I can understand you, I too know what it is to be depressed, because I forbade myself from making bad choices..

I only made it through about half of your DT (AI) portfolio, but I'd wonder if the four pink Cadillac images would be a problem
The title names them and the logo is pretty close to the real thing:
https://blog.logomyway.com/cadillac-logo/
For contributors who've been with Adobe Stock over a certain time (let's say one year), blocking a whole portfolio over what is, essentially a reviewing error on Adobe's part as well as an error on the contributor's part, seems extreme
I looked at some of the items with piles of boxes on a doorstep to see if there were logos there and didn't see anything I recognized (there was one big black check mark that could perhaps have looked like the amazon prime curved arrow).
I saw an iMac shape with no logo and I think Adobe Stock is allowing those in AI generated images (based on how many there are). A champagne bottle with gibberish text and a logo-like "seal" might have caused trouble - typically stock has to have plain geometric shapes to avoid inspectors seeing a logo.
Good luck figuring this out
Congratulations Jo Ann, you spent all your time pointing out the issues with these AI images that shouldn't be accepted, you got Adobe to react and act in the right way. Carry on!

Hello Adobe, Hello Mat,
I just found my Adobe Stock account blocked and I am not aware of doing anything wrong.
I am uploading a lot of AI images at the moment and have been trying to stick to the ever changing requirements (which boxes need to be checked/unchecked) all along.
Can anyone tell me what I can do now? I don't know what to do - please help...
Thanks, Michael
I'm not sorry to hear that finally something can deter this blind infatuation with AI. Thank you JustAnImage for this post, which brings -[edit:]although I can understand the dismay you express- hope with a subliminal message like: "Mass submit AI images, at your own peril...". Loving to play with fire presupposes the risk of getting burned... I was so afraid that my Adobe Stock account would be blocked for not uploading AI images...

I have been doing this for nearly 20 years.
Woooooow !
Nearly 20 years ? And your photos still look like they are created with mobile phone for the social media story post : "look what I just eat for breakfast" ?
Well...
But how dare you talk to a person like that? And who do you think you are?Do you think you are better than someone else? But no one has taught you a minimum of respect?
Why ignore that there can be people more competent than others? oh yes, with AI generation, everybody's equal in term of skills, that is a big change... for others Are you writing this against Madoo or cobalt? I'm not sure that the person you denounce as being pretentious is the right one here. Which of the two believes and defines herself as an expert? Ignorance more frequently begets confidence than does knowledge... Charles Darwin

Most of you bow down to praise the AI and enjoy to use it. Generating tons of AI images leaves you too much free time? Why complain then? do something else, watch other things, spend your time elsewhere and don't use AI. And stop promoting this nightmarish dream.
[edit]: Do you seriously think you have leverage to influence Adobe? They trace their path, a path that will narrow greatly for humans to whom they must donate part of their profits...

It happened to me long time ago. They did nothing and ignored my claim. They earn the same from honest people and from thieves, and Money is the only rule for them. They are champions of bad faith, and the time wasted defending yourself will never be returned. When you contact them, you just feel like you're dealing with dishonest mental retards. Time have badly changed, and trust became a trap for honest people.

Oh yes dear a nice result for specific subject, specific concept, specific needs, takes much more time than a generic "nice" result It would be funny to imagine a test, where we choose a specific subject and test in how many seconds you can have a ready to use upscaled image
Oh sorry, I did not understood you were a customer. Don't worry, in a few months, you will get your image entering your keywords as you did before, or your prompt (since its the new name). You will ask directly to the machine, nobody else And please, don't tell all these autoproclamed "New artists" that they should already find another way to earn peanuts...

Yeah, right. Customers don't have 5 seconds of time to write a promt in an AI generator - pretty much the same time that it take to enter the same text in a microstock search bar - but they have time browsing collections for inspirations?
Such naivity....
But it doesn't work this way. To have a nice result you have to adjust, change, modify, and try multiple variations [...]
Oh... little dear... really?

I think it also happened to me - Though I can't say for sure, because when I look at the image, it only tells me whether it's Ai generated or not, not whether it is a photo or illustration - But I do not understand why this is even possible on Adobe's end. AI generated images must be submitted as illustrations, so the combination of checking the "Ai content" checkbox and selecting the photo catergory instead of illustration category should simply lead to an error message.
Checked: photos Checked: Generative AI Only 181,533 results in all Why did Adobe Stock became so... untrustable... and GREEDY?

I take photos and videos every day???
Hem, you don't really remember? You live in a dreamworld.
If my world makes you dream, no issue with that Maybe yours is more naive or... optimistic!!

I agree, just "pushing a button" is not what makes our images sell. Just "writing a prompt" is not what I do when I create content with the assistance of ai. The whole research, mood board, concept, design choices for color, lighting, angles....it does not happen by itself.
Realize that you only enjoy being a tool for AI, that is what you are. And in a near future, this tool will become obsolete. After all, you already decided to become obsolete for taking photos.

Adobe is making a fool of itself here by allowing contributors to feed the image database with all these laughable, pathetic productions. Customers will soon go buy their images elsewhere, at more serious image providers, that's a shame. They will quickly understand the risk of buying visuals that can make a professional publication ridiculous, especially for inconsistencies that would not be visible at first glance. But maybe Adobe plans to work more with humorous social networks than with communication agencies, that can be a choice, why not. But I remain surprised.
I think that Adobe would have to benefit from closing the accounts of these "producers" of images who do not even control what they drop en masse in revision. In some time, cleaning the database will be very difficult with these millions of images which are validated without even having been inspected. Adobe will need a lot of volunteers to do this work. Times have changed.

Adobe Stock has a Discord server for contributors and it now includes a "Quality-Control" channel where contributors can post links to images that should not have been accepted in the first place, and these will be passed on to moderation for re-consideration.
When will "Quality-Control" channel where contributors could inspect the bin where real photographies should not have been placed in the first place, and these would be passed on to moderation for re-consideration?

BETTER?
I feel sorry but... No. Why do you never check the images that AI generates for you! It might help you understand some pitfalls Here is a correction: I hope you did not already upload it to the stock sites! You should correct this before. There are buyers who learned reading and writing, even for a language other than their mother tongue

Obviously, making money in stock is not your thing
My numbers made me happy (much more than I could have expected 17 years ago), and still do But I had to hide myself years ago because of copycaters here. On the other hand, you seem to be bitter (and I feel sorry for you ), I can understand, seeing your sales on one of the stock site that publish them, where I do almost 30 times better than you, considering the total sales/image, where we both started in 2006. Otherwise, I'm sorry, but I wouldn't need your ineffective lessons in making money in stock. And I don't expect myself AI images as a life belt (I learned swimming). Gameover: You should not confuse fueling polemics with fueling debates. [Edit]: Boasting is not my natural trait, but I felt compelled to overlook the risk of being seen as boastful.

I think you are not interested in making money. If you were ranting against people using ai to sneak them into art competitions instead of paining their own content or fake ai editorial images to be used by evil people on the internet for disinformation, I would happily join you in the crusade. But you only seem to be here on some weird mission against being productive in stock. Plenty of agencies dont take ai. Why not just focus on them and create a stand out killer portfolio?
Ok mom. I'm going to tidy my room now.
