First check with the stock agency that they are not genuine customers, and that I have there permission to prosecute. This stage is to protect me. Then send them a bill, I have the back up of imagerights. I am aware of their min case value. IF they dont pay the bill image rights/lawyer letter will prob scare them, then if not prosecute for costs +license fee.
I think most ppl will prob just pay the 10$ license fee once you get on their case vs 500$ lawyer bill Im just not going to tolerate it any more. Mark 379

Hi Everyone
Sorry to rant but I am absolutly fed up like everyone else of people just taking my watermarked images. I have now decided im going to start going after these people and if needed prosecute a few of them! Today I found two of mine on one website along with someone elses photos. Im not going to discuss where these are as I intend to deal with the offender in a harsh manner. Ok rant over back to editing photos now. Mark 381
Selling Stock Direct / Photoshelter sales?« on: July 22, 2012, 11:50 »
Hi
Can anyone tell me how they have found photoshelter for sales? Do you have to drive the sales there or do they just come? Mark 382
Alamy.com / Re: Alamy vs micro« on: July 17, 2012, 04:18 »
Thanks Sue for your response.
Do isolated people tend to sell on Alamy as RM or RF ? or is this really just a microstock avenue? 383
Alamy.com / Sending the same images to Alamy as Micro« on: July 17, 2012, 03:58 »
Is it possible to send the same images to microstock and to Alamy for both RM and RF or is this not allowed?
I already contribute to most microstock but was considering going for Alamy. I mostly do people on isolated backings. Do you think its worthwhile me trying for Alamy? admin edit: changed the subject to be more descriptive. 384

Its at the bottom of the front page If anyone knows any of the other contributors maybe they could let them know. I did check but i cant contact any of them Thanks Mark 386
Adobe Stock / Re: Has there been a big increase in sales volumes at FT?« on: June 02, 2012, 14:39 »
I seem to be in the other boat luckily, my rank has gone from 37000 to 7000. I seem to be selling much more over the last couple of months. However, I had been uploading quite furiously.

General Stock Discussion / Re: Yuri Arcurs - Something big will happen on the 3 of May!« on: May 03, 2012, 02:12 »
If it does take off, then his rank is likely to drop on the sites and so will his search rank on the agencies. I think this a potential downfall. Especially there are so many professionals out there now

CanStockPhoto.com / Re: ACHIEVING 244 IMAGES« on: April 23, 2012, 02:03 »
Canstock has fantastic support for contributors, and Duncan is brilliant. However, the sales are a little slow. With a portfolio of 800 i sell an image every 2-4 weeks. I think you need to upload to other sites too.

123RF / Re: captcha to see your earnings!!!!!« on: October 25, 2011, 09:29 »
Is it possible for 123Rf to send out an email to those contrib who want it when an image is sold. This would stop me checking the earnings on a regular basis and therefore reduce server load ??
Lots of other sites do this and I prefer it. 395
Adobe Stock / Re: Return to Start - Fotolia reserves right to put you back at white ranking.« on: October 01, 2011, 01:33 »
Im getting so annoyed at the royalty cuts twice in one year and ft recent action, i'm seriously thinking of sending them files with only the minimum pixel count.

Im white on FT. However, I dont think that FT have thought this one through. There are far too many people out there that are on multiple sites already. Using this technique they are just going to alienate people. If i do not progress through the ranks at FT then I will be removing my images from them. They are moving the goal posts all the time
