Looks like another non mover!
Have been there for some time and no joy.

BigStock went to the Arctic for me. It's froze.
Same here - If it wasn't for the takeover I would have closed my account. Now it's just a case of wait & see!

I use Turnpiece which is really great value

A BME for me at DT and a really good month also at SS.
Others as per normal or less.

I would go for it.
I have been a contributor for almost 3 years and I get steady sales there.
I found it slow at the start but I hung in there and when I  got to 'Bronze' it was every reason to stay.

Print on Demand Forum / Re: Photobox

Hi Anton,

I've been thinking along these lines myself.
At the moment I just have a link on my website to Redbubble where I am a member.
This is quite handy as they produce excellent prints and take care of shipping etc.
If you have a Pay Pal ac, you get paid in there.

Well done Karim - "Onwards & Upwards"!

This is certainly wlecome, but I see limited potential in selling prints in a stock photo site whose main focus is NOT landscape and nature.

Or do people print smiling women with headsets?  :)
However, DTis one site that has always been open to more creative work and I think this is a good step!

I just received an invitation to re join SP.
Anyone else get same?
As a former member they are offering 15% off membership.

May not be everyone's 'cup of tea' to pay for space.
Will check out the site anyway and see what is happening.

Nothing for me either.
In my case it never looked promising.

Has anyone observed any increase in sales at BigStock after this announcement?  Some people in their forum have, but I have'nt sold anything in the past days.  :-\
No, no sales for me since the announcement - certainly could do with a boost!

I have been going OK there recently with my acceptance rate rising steadily.
But you never know when the pendulum will swing the other way!

Like in any other area of photography, vibrant colors attract the viewer.
One of my best sellers is 95% Red.

You'll know a best seller when it comes along - it should "take off" right at the start!

I like Autumn (Fall)
But I always find it difficult enough to get decent images of Fall subjects.

hey....   I'm still getting JIU sales on StockXpert....
what's the latest?  werent they supposed to be shut down by now? 8)=tom
Same here - I'm not complaining as sales continure to be steady.

I think I have tired now of submitting to new sites.
They all seem to come with a "Fanfare" but very soon fade and are almost forgotten.
#69
The first half of Sept has been what I would call steady.
Nothing spectacular - just ticking along.
#70
Nice one Mark!

More up - more sales!
Let's hope so.

I don't hate anything about DT.
For me (and I'm sure many will agree) it's one of the most professionly run sites and I never have had any reason to complain there.

Dreamstime.com / Re: Flagged keywords - what ???
September 11, 2009, 10:02
As Click Click said above, I think it should be left to admin to check over the keys.
This way, there would be no ill feeling amongst members.

As it is - it's just contributors doing Admin work.
Has any other site adopted this flagging. I am not aware of any!

I'd rather see the reviewers getting 2 cents more per image review and checking the keywords in the first place than some site members with questionable agendas.

Let trained reviewers take over that job and not some idiots who sometimes don't even speak English as their native language clogging up resources on the agency's site.

It's not making sense.
I agree with you on this. Well said!

You get to them via the link on your stats page at the bottom that reads: Gross Earnings (click here for your actual payment history).
Cheers! - thanks for that!
