It seem they owe several contributors money whose work was used on platforms like Netflix etc. If you search twitter you will find several people saying they've been waiting for months for money. Getty refers the contributors to EyeEm who does not respond at all. They still receiving our sales through Getty.

Waiting 2 months now for my payout request and no report for July. Small update: despite the email from their support, still no payments from May and June. It even gets worse: they fail to deliver sales reports from July. I never had a month with no (partner) downloads at Eyeem, and a lot of fellow contributors also complain about missing sales reports.

I received my June payout. Im still yet to receive my June payout. Earnings for the month say processed but no dollar amount. Im guessing they are just going to do a lump payout after the close down tomorrow? Any insights? Thanks

@mat Any chance you can throw in one of your nice shirts when the next batch of free images are under review? Matt, when can we expect the first batch to be approved? This month's sales is down the drain and some extra funds would be great to begin the summer slump.
Same question here. It's been 4 days since the images eligible went in for review. Is there any date we should expect some extra bucks?
Thanks!
You'll be the first to know! As per the terms, it will happen within 30 days.
Thanks for your patience,
Mat Hayward

Do you know where they will transfer your account to? I made a steady amount with them each month I liked their community.

Hi Rushay,
Were reaching out to let you know that Twenty20 will be closing down on July 31, 2022.
This difficult decision was made as part of an update to Envatos broader product strategy. You can read more about the changes we're making in this recent blog post.
Key dates prior to closure:
July 1st, 2022: Our final photo challenge opens for entry today. Submit Your Best Photo
July 7th, 2022: For those who were invited to our Promoted Photos program, access to submit new photos and access to your results/points data will be removed on this date. We will review all submissions and will pay out any bonuses earned by reaching the next threshold of 100 points, in our payout sent on August 15th, 2022.
July 31st, 2022: Twenty20 will close and you will no longer be able to log in. We recommend you log in before this date to capture any account information you would like to retain.

What I learned from this is that istock actually pays 10c for non exclusive video! To anyone providing for them at those prices, how can you look at yourself in a mirror?
Totally not worth it. I think they gonna drive. On exclusives away and I dont know if theres that many people that wanna go exclusive.

The only thing that email did was convince me to stop uploading videos to iStock. I am not going exclusive and 10 cents is ridiculous.
Kinda suicidal to go exclusive in 2022, they will chase all non exclusive contributors away. The cost to produce video is just too expensive to be paid cents. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

iStock Royalty Rate Card Change From July 1, 2022, we will be increasing the minimum customer price per file for Exclusive Signature and Signature+ video to $10.00 USD, up from the current levels of $0.75 and $4.15 USD respectively. This will apply to subscriptions on iStock.com. Why Are We Making This Change? As customer demand for video continues to grow and outpace other file types, we want to reward our talented Exclusive videographers and encourage them to shoot even more high‑quality 4k video because we understand the increased investment that video content requires. For Exclusive video contributors, it increases the value of high‑quality video in our Premium + Video subscription product, bringing it more in line with the relative value we assign to high‑quality video licensed using credits. This change will help put more royalties into the pockets of contributors who create the great, Exclusive video content our customers need. (If youre not already Exclusive and have a strong portfolio, find out more about applying for Exclusivity.) What are the details? For files licensed using a subscription on iStock.com, the royalty rate is applied to the price per file. Subscription licenses have a minimum customer price per file applied, so you will always get your royalty rate on every subscription download at or above the minimums. On July 1 we will update the iStock Rate Card minimum customer price per file table as highlighted below, increasing the minimum customer price per file for Exclusive Signature and Signature+ video to $10.00 USD. iStock Rate Card English When will I see these changes reflected on my royalty statement? iStock.com subscription downloads dated July 1 and after will have the new minimum customer price per file for Exclusive video Signature and Signature+ files. (The royalty statement for July, available August 20, will likely have a lot of June downloads on it, for subscriptions which calculated prior to this July 1 effective date.) If you want to benefit from rising customer demand, take the opportunity to add high quality video to your portfolio today! Not sure what to shoot? Discover what content customers are searching for in our current video briefs. It seems the foundation of all newly started agencies, is to amass images from contributors then sell in bulk through the top agencies.

No problemo it was 3 images at $1125 per image with the agent taking the same amount, so 50/50 split. Hi there i just received a market freeze offer for three images, does anyone know how i go about getting them removed from iStock and Bigstock?
Hi rushay, congrats! Just out of curiousity, and if you are willing to share, can you tell how much the offer was?
