Unfortunately not- still problems with my code.
After exchanging like 20 mails since saturday with two different departments I was just transferred to a third Adobe department.... And no one can redeem my abo with the free code I got......

Looks like any problems with plan overlaps have been resolved.
Unfortunately not- still problems with my code. After getting a new code in february (because my plan ends today and I would have lost 6 months) I tried to use that fresh code today. The response was : you already used too many codes. So my plan expired today because it does not allow me to use that fresh code

I had the same problem. After some time chatting with Adobe support, the first person I was chatting with ended the chat (I assume accidentally). I started a new chat with someone else and was eventually told that she would have to cancel the new plan that was created by the bonus code and that I would receive an email in 5-7 days containing a new code that I would need to enter in the system. She said that the new code would extend my existing plan.
Sounds like some people had a better, quicker resolution and were able to get the plan extended during the chat. Guess it depends on which support person you get.

Should have read your comment before... I now have two similar plans as well, the code did not extend the existing plan. So now I will have to get in contact with the support team as well.... It worked all the recent years, whats wrong with the codes this time.... And where do I find a contact person? All I c an find is that stupid virtual roboter that has no answers... Edit: It took some time to get rid off that chatbot (by the way- I never met a single chatbot which was of any helpful use- they all seem to be crap), Anyway- the new account was deleted and I will get an new code soon they promised. Which I will use in august, when my prepaid plan ends.

How are sales of videos and photos on this site? Where is he in terms of income?
I wanted to apply for imago directly in 2018 but they asked for current interesting editorial content which is not what I usually shoot. So I did not apply. But I do sell quite a lot to imago via Zoonar. There I can see which partner bougth my pics and it often is imago. Imago provides often pictures for newspapers.

Horrible agency.
I signed a contract in 2019 with them and uploaded photos. Only a few weeks later I discovered my photos in a portfolio with a different seller name. I complained and they answered - oh sorry, we mixed something up.
I then wanted to end my contract with them but was told I could not end it before 3 years had passed, neither was I able to remove the photos I already had in my portfolio there.
Never sold just one photo with them and now my contract luckily has ended.

where did you see that? the message we've been discussing is that older unsold images are automatically sent to free section unless you opt out - 'one click removes them all'
The mail came with a link "to take action" I clicked on and there my unsold images were on display. I had the option of "donating to free section" or something like "keep online" (dont remember the exact words). That was for each picture to be chosen, not once for all, but each picture had its own button. So I chose "keep online" and I got two options: have this picture re-tagged by some professional (I think the price was 6 cent per photo) or tag it myself. So I chose - tag myself. I didnt retag it completely just deleted some words and wrote some new tags I hadnt used before (if they made any sense I did not care). Then I was able to send the picture back online. But this means I have to re-tag every unsold single picture on its own if I dont want to donate it. If I dont do this it will be automatically moved to the free section. Id rather delete my photos before donating them to the free section....

that's always been the case - you just have to click to say no
Unfortunately its more then saying "no". They require recaptaning every single photo which hasnt been sold. The option is "donate to free section" or "recapture"

Just got an email from Dreamstime, that photos which have not been sold in the last 4 years will automatically be moved to their free section if no action on my side is taken. "If no action is taken, your images will be automatically donated to the free section after 30 days from this email."

I wrote to support at depositphotos and requested to get out. Got an email 30 minutes later I was opted out.

I subscribed in 2018 when nobody even dreamed of free codes. It was great to get the programmes for free for 2 or 3 years (was it two or three years??) and now its simply back to normal. Adobe started the stock business (and bought Fotolia ) and was in need of stock. So you were rewarded when supplying stock. Now they have enough stock material and wont continue the program. This is all understandable. I dont undesrtand why some people get so angry about it.....

Thanks for the link! Man- is that difficult to understand.... I had it translated into german but that makes it even worse to understand What the heck is a "Quellensteueragent" Anyway- if I understand correctly 6a is only if one has bank account with a US bank and 7 is for ... well... I dont really understand... somebody helped with financial issues? Well, I left both blank and hope that was correct. Tanks again for your help!

Adobe asked me to fill in a new W 8 BEN form. I dont understand which numbers they want to know at - 6 a tax number and -7 reference number. In brackets it says "see instructions". But I cant find those instructions. Where are those instructions? ??

Ok. So I will close my pond5 account now as well.
Closed shutterstock when only 10 cent sales were coming in. Now expecting pond5 videos will be sold for peanuts Im opting out there as well.
Luckily Adobe is doing very well for me. So hopfully Adobe sales will increase instead even more.

Using a Sony mobile my pics nearly all get rejected with Adobe and other agencies. No chance. So I either have to carry the heavy Sony 7Rii with me all the time or no photos for selling can be taken....

In the past, Fotolia was very strongly focused on the Central European market.
For contributors whose images were recognizably from the German-speaking area and thus also appealed very strongly to German-speaking customers, it was important to use German keywords because the translation software from English to German did not work very well.
And Fotolia photos are still used a lot these days. Whenever I get a new book I look up where the pictures come from and even books published in 2022 still use "Fotolia" credits..... And the translation is indeed often rubbish when I see my own pics translated from english to german. And place names with "", "", "" are nearly unstranslateble. I always look up the english name for a place like that but you can bet lots of german buyers (who dont speak english) will not find that place. So I also use "oe" and "ae" and "ue" but thats very uncommon in german to do.

I also have 11 sales between Dec 1st 2021 and Februrary 14th and made stunning 76 cent (!!!) with those sales. I really cant bear those 4 cent sales anylonger. They hurt. Every single sale hurts.

How long will the code be available in the portal? Can I wait to redeem the code until my current plan expires? Thank you very much!
I was able to use mine straight away and the date changed from "plan ends feb 2nd 2023" to "plan ends feb 27" (which is the date my plan would have ended without code anyway). Means I did not loose any time I had already paid for.

Had another 8 cent sale yesterday.
Not one single sale for a decent price since october now - only 8 cent sales....
Guess I will leave Alamy soon and pull my portfolio. Like I did with SS in 2020.
This is simply ridicolous.
