As Anita mentioned a link to your site or particular image might be useful.
As far as I am aware this is the first time anyone has mentioned this.

Leo released the first draft of Symbiostock in late March when there were initially around ten of us who played with it and helped find the bugs and made requests for Leo to tweak so we were having new versions nearly every day to try out.
Gradually (if you can call three-four months gradual) the Symbiostock theme became the stable item it is at present, and is still free and I think there are 89 sites as of today. It will be constantly growing and evolving as guys such as Leo, Ajt and Plrang (apologies to any coders I have missed) provide updates and plug-ins, some paid and some free.
We have all had to learn this from scratch so anyone joining now is only a few months behind those that started at the beginning AND you have the benefit of a stable version, Amanda's tutorial (see link in my signature) and another tutorial within the help page of Symbiostock and lots of us willing to help with your teething problems in setting up a site.
I realise this post does not answer any particular questions but I am trying to stress how new this really is and how much it has progressed and grown in such a short time

............ and if not a one click process you can do it at least 50 at a time
Did you know that on the "All Images" page you can click on screen options and select the number of images you want to be visible, select them, then choose Bulk Actions - Reprocess to reprocess them

What makes you think it is complicated? Yes there are lots of threads but a lot of them are sorting out problems with hosts that have not already been tried and tested. Nothing good is achieved without a bit of effort - but then again, if you don't have enough confidence in your images to make the effort and try licencing via your own site . . . . . . . . .

Hi Leo, am new to symbiostock, and trying to catch on. It seems really exciting and i want to set up my site a.s.a.p. But do you recommend a wait a little bit so to jump on the next upcoming level? In your post you mention an upcoming new version..
Thank you!
I would get your site set up now, if you wait for one new version you might then be tempted to wait for the next, then the next etc. If you get everything set up and loaded then you will be ready for each new release if you want it

I accidentally closed it a few times which is why I switched to ftp-ing

I use Filezilla rather than the internal uploader - it means I cannot accidentally close the page when updating

I should mention maybe that I have put one licence one use, not one licence and use for whatever you like forever more

I am a little over the defaults I think, as all images on my site are now exclusive there and new ones have never been available elsewhere I have been considering going up a little

The address that Symbiostock puts into the Paypal space should be correct and you do not need to touch it. Worked for me anyway
~~ If you want Paypal to return your client to the customer and download page after payment you need to fill in bits on paypal (I believe this is only available with Premier and Business accounts)

If I am logged in, I see "log out" where login/register would be if I was not logged in.
Is it something you can remove in your above header menu ?

Did you create a child them for your customisations or do them to the main symbiostock theme. If the former (which is the recommended way) then you should be okay when you update to 2.5.6 I don't think the author page is an actual page but a generated one like the image pages as I wanted to create a link to it recently and had to find a way around (which I have done in the footer of my front page) as it does not seem to exist in the pages section of wordpress. You have some very cute food in your portfolio

For those of you that have downloaded and tried this plug in - don't forget to review it - and use the opportunity to advertise the Symbiostock network at the same time

I have to ask if the plugin from Imagerion is supposed to work on all widgets no matter where they are located on the page?
The previews work if the widget is located in my side bar like here: http://stockphoto-images.com/business-card-templates/ (Although the images shown are random and NOT the latest )
The previews don't work on my home page: http://stockphoto-images.com/
Did I do something wrong?
If you want the Latest images just select it instead of Random in the drop down box My dynamic previews are not working at the moment either - we thought it was super-cache causing it as switching that off made them work again but it is off at the moment and I do not have previews. They come and go, no idea why

Yes, use Plrangs plug in so you get square thumbnails and they all align ?

There are two places to set up blog pages I think, one is in settings the other is in Appearence, themes, customise and you specify a static or non static front page and which the front page and blog pages are. Not sure if this will help at all
