Rejections are part of the game, the more established sites reject at a higher rate. 123rf is the least restrictive of the big six. Bigstock is generally good. Crestock is the pickiest of the middle range sites. New sites trying to get established will take more than anyother sites but the trade off is will they be there in a year.

This is not a business or hobby for the thin skinned. I have found my work getting better but also have found increasing standards.

Istock will not go down, they are still the industry leader and they are affiliated with a large stock entity (Getty). I only the big six getter stronger.

I also believe that many of the smaller operations will disappear. I have hopes that one of the euro sites will take off. The only question is which one.

As a small timer, Istock has always been good for me but lately it has been a struggle with slow sales. I am too small to consider going exclusive so I wil hang in there.

Istock has always been my favorite site, but sales lately have been slow. The search engine does not like me lately. I just hope the adjust it and I can see sales pick up. I will not go exclusive because my stuff is ok but not pro level so more sites equals more money.

I just seems logical to give them some time and see how the new owners do. I have over 600 pics there so few more months will not kill me.

It took me a bunch of tries but I finally got in with ten different types of pictures. ie not from the same shoot. I had a variety of subjects and they had to be noise free.

No sales but lots of hope for this one. Their approach to marketing appears to be different and wish them well.
#83
I am not sure how new logo will help sales. If they said one of the big thing we are doing is increasing our marketing budget I would be happier.

Istock is tough for me lately. Others are ok, lets hope for a turnaround.
#85
I've one payout in four years, not my best site but I am glad I stuck with it. Let hope for better sales

I suspect that cutcaster or Yay would be likely targets. Snap village is another candidate.

I hope this site takes off, they have the best upload system in the business. It does not get any easier short of FTP. I hope they pick up.

BS is a steady performer for me. they often rank second in monthly sales. I do a lot of nature and non people pics and they do well.

Don't worry you have to have sales in order to worry about extended licences.

People buy photos there?

I can't log in and when I request a password update by email they will not accept my answer to the security question. This is a bit frustrating.

I would stick with bigstock they do well for me.

I've taken the approach that I will shoot what I like. If it has commerial value great if not the world goes on. I say this as a part-time hobbiest not a full time pro. Micro became an outlet for the load of pics that I took. I am not fazed by rejections for "not stock" I make enough extra to keep me in photo gear so I am happy.

I love prostock master. Easy to use crosss platform ability. Easy choice.

Snap has been slow but steady, I like the automatic payouts.

FP is still slow for me, BigStock is good and others do well.
#97
Bigstock is a good steady site with a low payout threshold.
#98
Sales here have picked up but most are subs.
#99
No sales but I will hang in there for a while longer.

The fact that you have to check the 90 box to upload means you agree to terms. While it will be a bit of pain to wait it out I suspect there is no choice.
