I don't understand why they don't just script it to post sales live like all the other sites.

And I added CanStockPhoto to my links...missed adding it when I joined you guys. The paypal address is correct...again thanks....jp

just had a XS sale for 0.12$ :)

I just had one too...it's pretty sad that the 3rd party "partners" pay out more then they do.

Got this late this afternoon:

"As you may have noticed, we experienced technical problems with the StockXpert site and the payment system. In order to re-store the site functionality we had to cancel all payment requests. You are receiving this notice as your account was affected. Please kindly log into your account and make your payment request again. As a reminder, the minimum balance for Moneybookers and Paypal payments is 50.00 USD. Our last scheduled payment for the year is on December 23, 2010. Starting in 2011, payment requests will be processed once a month, on the last Friday of each month.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and wish you all a peaceful time during this festive season.

 Thank you.

The StockXpert Team."

I'm thinking they picked a restore point from back-up....probably the only way to be sure of a smooth recovery.

Wishful thinking....could they be clearing their books of sales not reported throughout the year by some error. My sales were so poor since they took over and I would have expected more. Again, just wishfully thinking

Very disappointing site....I had a $0.22 sale yesterday, first time in almost 2 months. I'm done!

I have to agree...the word "or" needs to go away. It tells me that they aren't so sure either.

I see many new contributors complaining about the 30 day waiting period to re-submit. I think they want to give you some time to research and make corrections. If there were no waiting period, you can bet they would be blasted with people with little skills trying to dump their snapshots to make a few penny's. Those that are serious about photography will endure. It's separating the grain from the chaff.

When I started at SS the waiting period was 90 days, needless to say, I was rejected the first time, and 3 months was a long time to wait...made it on the second try.

....I NEVER click unsubscribe on these types of emails. Unsubscribe = millions more spam emails. They immediately go to junk and filtered.

Just remember that when you "unsubscribe", you are letting them know that your email account is alive and well!! Good point CC.

Sales are not too bad but the rejection reasons leave a lot to be desired. My last 2 batches were all rejected for "Poor Lighting/Composition " when accepted at IS and SS (and others) with no issues. Why not use "LCV" if you need to clear the queue, that would be more understandable if they don't meet the agency criterion.

I tried looking for the payout scale for different sizes with no luck since they updated the site. Can anyone point me in the right direction. I had an "MH"sale that paid only $2.50, does that sound right? They have a strange "pay" scale. I would have thought that a Mega High image would pay more considering it to be larger than a tif...just my opinion.

SS has always been my best earner... and the past 2 months, including this month, have been great. This year has been a banner year with a payout every month starting with Feb. and increasing each month...ty-ss

We do our corporate servers maintenance after midnight eastern time because we have properties throughout the US. I would think they would schedule general updates and maintenance based on the slowest activity time according to world time zones. Of course that's just my IT opinion. They are a strange bunch...

Unless they change their rejection policies, I think they are living on borrowed time. I'm sure bringing in a heavy hitter like Ellen is a good sign, but only if they listen to what she has to say. My communication with them is that the original review team is in place and has no intention of changing their attitude toward what kind of collection they are  building. Since they have not wanted (most of ) my images in the past, i see absolutely no reason start uploading again.

Ditto

I stopped u/l due to there very high non-people photo rejections. Their rejections tell me what they're looking for...they want business people related shots. If they want to succeed, they need to be more diversified like the big boys.  I have 26 images accepted there and over 600 at SS and nearly that at IS. What does that tell ya?
