I received this in a .mogrts contributor email today:
" If you have at least 10 new MoGRTS accepted within 2019, we will notify you and send a redemption code for a 1-year subscription to a CC All Apps plan via email."

To be fair, I contacted them about the lack of access to the sales page, which I need for tax purposes, and they re-enabled that.

353
Why do you think it is not allowed?

Note - be sure to take down all your payment data first.  I no longer have access to that, and will need it for taxes.

Capitalism seems to be working great in America.

Not really.  Income inequality has never been greater, for profit healthcare has skyrocketed costs, and people have to work three jobs just to afford housing and food.  Something is broken.

I had a local brewery grab an instagram photo of mine from Oktoberfest two years ago and use it on their instagram.  I decided to be nice and I got a six pack out of it, and I'm trying to add a pizza on that as well.  Guess I shot too low, lol.

Also, it isn't free for people who actually work as a contribution is deducted from income.

Thanks for the insight, Einstein.

Venezuela is not a socialist country, its a country taken by a bunch of crooked drug dealers ruled by an ignorant clown (Banana Republic Donald Version) supported by Putin
Socialism starts out with noble intentions, preying on the envy of the population( American Democrats) to let the government level the playing field with promises of equality and more government support. But, the quest for power (and corruption that always comes along with it), coupled with the impossibility of having a small number of people efficiently allocate resources, leads to the same outcome every time. Venezuela, Cuba, China case in point.

Norway, Australia, Denmark, Canada, etc. case in point.

No, none of that is fact.  You made the claim, you provide proof.  That's how an argument works.  For instance, if I say "Unicorns are real", I don't rely on you to confirm the statement.  It's my job to back it up.

What you did, was cobble together bits and pieces from here and there with some incorrect numbers and claim it as some vague party platform.  It isn't.

So, stop running around waving hands in the air crying out SOOOCCCIALZZYMMMMM!!!! - it just looks silly.

I do know what I am talking about. Sean try paying 70% of tax on what your income is. That is what the New Socialist Dems want. They have even stated that amount. Comrade Bernie will need at least 70 % to pay for all your student loans, free college for future student ,free heath care for all including illegals. 70% may in truth be low for the Socialist Dems. Yes I forgot the New Green Deal. You will not be able to use anything but solar or wind power. Who will pay for this yo Sean..it is Socialism.

Literally none of what you said is correct.  Again, sorry.  It's like I'm reading one of the crazy emails my relatives send me.

It is sad for Venezuela...Socialism at its finest or should I say at its worst. It our Dems in America win they are the new Socialist as they even state and brag about it these days. Look at Venezuela and for me I want no part of Socialism. As a side note I have done a lot of conceptual Socialism photos and they are selling very well. Some are pro and most are Anti....each sells but the anti sells the best. .

Sorry, but you have no idea what you're talking about.  America is a county of social programs - fire, police, parks, schools, libraries, etc. etc. where society works together to provide something all can use.  Discussing adding another program like universal healthcare should not be a trigger for you to run around going "SOOOOCIAALYZZMMMM!!!! BADDDDD!!!!! VENEZUELAAAAAAZZZ!!!".  Democratic socialism is far different from what they have in Venezuela as well as it is their government that is the cause of most issues.

Now that I think about it, we'll all get the exact same numbers, since they just take all the money taken in and divide it by the number of downloads.

I don't have a September option.

April $.08
May $.16
June $.19
July $.19
August $.22

Since this subscription program is subject to their "multi-use" license https://about.canva.com/license-agreements/multi-use/ , I guess I will have to close my account until they implement an opt-out or minimum.  If they were still making what they did a year ago, that might be rough, but since it dropped 90%, it won't be too hard.  Sad, really.

As an American, I offer you my sincere apologies and good wishes going forward.

Please know that many millions of us are unhappy with the status quo here and working hard to change it.

As millions of us are very happy with the status quo in America and are working to keep America Great.

Sorry, alexandersr, the rational among us can't control the worst of society.  Yet.

You should see Photos Unlimited earnings on the following page: https://www.canva.com/account/sales

Even at the correct link, I show no subscription sales.  My sample size should be big enough, although I'm down 75% in DLs from last August and even more in $$$.

Someone else here said they wouldn't have shown up yet at all.

Stocksy will assist you with content searches if you get in touch with support.  And are a serious buyer.

When I asked in early August, I was told that the report would come after the first quarter and it had only just launched. Thereafter it will be reported monthly.

I will close my account on 1st November unless I see a decent return for my images.

Ah, ok.  Odd that I didn't get that answer...

So, it's been several months since this supposedly went into effect.  I see nothing in my account that says I've had any subscription sales.  Has anyone?

I asked support and they said "No, the subscription has not been cancelled. You are paid a lump sum for that, if your images have been used.".

Once upon a time many years ago, for a few months I pulled in $25k a month from photos, I don't even make half that anymore. Though times! Back then I was also spending $100k a year on production costs. Now that I own so much stuff, my on going costs now is mostly studio rent and model costs. So a fraction of what I used to spend.

Ah, the good 'ole days.

373
Well, Adobe and Pond always read it in, which is probably why I was thinking SS did too.  Ech.  Extra carpal tunnel.

Read it in from what? What tool and video format do you use?

They read them in from the embedded IPTC metadata, just like from photos.
You can add these metadata to video for example via Adobe Bridge (right click on a video and choose "Properties".

Exactly.  I don't understand why people have said it isn't stored anywhere.  It's right there for me to see in Bridge, and Adobe and Pond bring it in just fine.

Nice video Sean. Am I wrong though or is there some noticeable judder? Could be just the playback on my end.

I sometimes get that feeling, but I don't know whether it's my mind playing tricks, my computer lagging, or something else or nothing at all.
