Well, I criticized them very loudly so now I must give praise where praise should be given. Their report pages seem to have started working properly and in real time at last! And about time too...

And BTW - if they take 30 c and 2,8% out of 100 USD the fee will be 3,10 USD and not 60 c IMHO.

You may have different conditions in your country, but I DID have to pay for incoming money:
Amount received: 50.00 CZK Fee: -12.70 CZK Total 37.30 CZK Date: Sep. 3, 2008 Time: 13:41:05 CEST Status: Completed
I just wanted to test my new paypal account and made a friend send me some small amount of money. As you can see, they charged a (not so small) fee.

Exactly. It is ridiculous if the agencies (mostly iStock) are searching our pictures with a microscope for teeny faults and then they sell them for a few cents in their bloody subscription plans.

And, despite being slow.... Just made some calcs today on my port: 60% of their rejections were accepted in IS 35% - in both IS and SS
They also get my vote for the most ridiculous one:

Can you guess? It is obvious! It was rejected for cropping. I know, my bad, next time for an ocean shot I'd rent a space shuttle.....
I must agree here. Their new reviewers are really terrible. They frequently reject photos even Istock takes (the worst for me). And the sales have been nothing spectacular this month.

E.g. I must pay a fee for incoming payments too at PayPal. I do not pay for incoming money at MB.

And how much do you pay if you do the transaction using paypal?

Easy - I do not like their fees...

I have had enough! I am going to open an account with PayPal. I would like to know, why DT prefer PayPal so much. I have never seen PayPal disabled there but I clearly remember MB being down several times - always when I need to send there my money.

So would I. It is absolutely disgusting to send messages like that in any photo-site.

This is the first time SS has lost their place as my best earner since I started with them.

You DID see that much in the old report - it was divided into two sections - credits and subs.

You got me there. I do not understand it either. Their old report was nice and easy to understand. Their new one is complicated like anything, it has more information but I have little use for it. I only need to see how much I earned, how many pictures were sold and what pictures were sold. The rest is useless for me.

It is really easy to explain as it has been mentioned several times before in different threads. Their new terrible earning page shows only information several days old and is updated manually only once a day and not at all at weekends! So if you want to see your downloads, you must click on downloaded and choose the "old downloaded report" which is up-to-date and perfectly simple to read.

The bigger my port, the lesser sales.
I am afraid I must agree to this! This time last year I had about 1/10 of my current portfolio. But I do not have ten times bigger sales now - no way!!! It really is: the more I upload, the less I sell.

Well, I most certainly have much more from 123 than from BigStock or from Istock. This month e.g. I have about 45% of my earning from SS, 10% from SX, 8% FT, 8% DT, 7% 123, 2% BigStock and about the same (2%) from IS, the rest is from CR, SV, CAN and SCAN together. I think this will differ according to the type of folio everyone has. I believe for many people 123 belongs to the Big 6.

What is the most annoying is that the regular sales are all S or M and all the bloody subscriptions are L.

I must agree. The sales have been less than good recently. And I think the new reviewers of theirs made it their goal to reject at least one photo of each batch so that nobody would say they do not do their work. Since a few months ago I have had at least one photo rejected in each batch with some ready-made reason about too dark/light or blurry. I preferred the old way - I had to wait a week or more for them to review my images but they accepted them all.

What I like best is that they pay you in Euros. I really do not like the falling course of dollar.
