That's not because 123 is so good, it's because SS has become so bad? Hehe :-) A bit of both - but since the AI images, 123rf had really made significant gains until February 2024, when it spontaneously plummeted. Shutter naturally played its part in bringing the agencies closer together ;-)

I don't understand how there are still people who waste their time uploading images and videos to agencies like this one. And the great thing is - you don't have to understand that either ;-) In my case, 123rf generated revenue on par with Shutter up to and including February 2024, which was probably due to the adoption of AI images. Since the beginning of March, however, things have gone haywire, uploads have stopped and sales have fallen dramatically - another agency is doing away with itself.

In the beginning of AI images acceptance there was a very good sales score and before like 2-3 months ago it stopped sharply like for one night and it continue until now. I had exactly the same experience - from September 23 to February 24, AI sales were really good and then stopped from one day to the next. In my case, sales dropped from $60 a month to $10-12 from one day to the next.

@Noedelhap Thank you for the answer!
I usually had between 10 and 30 sales a month over the last 2 1/2 years at YayImages and since September 23, 2023 I "supposedly" haven't had a single one.
I have had no response to support requests (now tried 5x over the last 6 months).
It looks to me as if nothing more is coming and the existing credit is probably gone too.

I just tried the webupload and submit, it worked for me.
The much bigger problem is the complete lack of a review. I have now had 2,600 photos and AI images (approx. 50/50) in review for 5 months and nothing is happening at all. I've written to support twice about this, the response time to review requests was around 2 months and then I received a pre-formulated standard response.
And to make matters worse, my sales have fallen by 75% since January... I think you can save yourself the trouble now.

Ouch, horrible month. Hard to imagine that around 2-3 years ago iStock used to be my best earnin agency. Now it's getting closer to one of the minor agencies for me. Same for me... April 2022 - 182% of 2024 April 2023 - 147% of 2024 Almost 50% down in 2 years - maybe I am not uploading enough (about 50 images per week and 20 video per week)

Hello everyone,
I logged in to YayImages again after a while and noticed that no sales have been displayed in my account since September 25, 2023 - a good 8 months ago
Until then, there were usually between 20 and 40 sales per month and 1-2 times a year there was a payout.
Maybe someone has heard something - have they gone bankrupt again and are they simply no longer reporting sales and pocketing the dollars themselves?
Thank you

Today I got a 5 dollar sale for an image, that brings some balance Very nice - there can be a few more of these :-)

is anyone else seeing $0.40 custom royalties as well as $0.30? Today I had 3 different custom numbers: -> 0,30 (some) - 0,40 (very few) - 1,02 (some)

And barely 10 hours later, the duplicate sales were removed again.
So, as suspected, they don't have their bookkeeping under control at all ;-)

Today the lost sales have reappeared, at least some of them - but they are now all listed twice and also counted twice. (see image below)
This gives rise to the suspicion that they really don't have their bookkeeping under control any more... in this respect, the change in behavior fits since you can only upload pictures with a subscription model :-) But maybe I am wrong and all the sales really happened twice.
Have a sunny day@all

@Ambu: Thanks for sharing the information from support - I'll probably get the same answer in a few days, we'll see if that happens. So, if those missing sales are from last month, don't they check for it and add them in this payout? In any case, these sales were not included in the payout - I received the payout with the "old" amount without these sales on Paypal. So these sales are still open and I am very curious to see whether they will really be booked.

why would anyone submit images to these scumbags? Another loser company that takes our images and gives us nothing or peanuts at best case senario! I may be wrong, but as far as I can see that wasn't the question ;-) And yes, of course 123rf is not better than the whole other bunch, but we already know that ^^

First of all, all the best for your 6th birthday :-)
May the sales curve always point upwards - cheers!

I have the same problem with submitting images to the site - it doesn't always happen, but it's happening quite often now.
After more than two months, I received a general answer to my last support request about submitting images.
I now have more than 2,500 images in the queue that have been there for up to 4 1/2 months. It looks to me as if 123rf is no longer interested in any material.

Hello everyone, I noticed today that two sales that appeared on my WireStock dashboard yesterday were removed around noon. (1x $5.04 from Envato and once $0.06 from MiriCanvas - unfortunately I didn't take a screenshot) The amount has also disappeared from my balance... Maybe you should have a look if there is something missing. Have a sunny day@all, Michael PS: Yes, I did contact the support already but they didn't reply yet

I would guess DepositPhotos, as Dreamstime and 123rf are taking AI images and they don't want that.

@milo22 Very good to hear your account is open again. I hope the sales will come back very soon!
After my Account block it took some weeks to get back to similar download counts again.

Congratulations on the great triple-digit sales!
I only had one video sale today, which is more in line with the thread title ;-) (see picture)

I just checked my position stats for the last 4 weeks: - lost 1.160 places in the last 22 days since 10. April (down to 4.100 from 2.940) - lost 870 places in the last 8 days since 23. April (down to 4.100 from 3.230) And the account is anything but inactive - since January 01, 2024 I have 4,130 accepted files, of which about 15% are photos, 5% videos, 80% AI images (acceptance rate in April was 92.7%) But at the moment it's only going in one direction and it's pointing massively downwards - no idea what's going on at AdobeStock, it's pretty bad for me anyway. Actually it feels a little like this ;-) -> https://stock.adobe.com/de/images/down-the-drain-created-with-generative-ai-technology/620715012

my decision remains unchanged, they can keep the 50 usd,too bad it's not possible to actually give them to charity, instead of leaving them to dreamstime! Actually you can donate to Ukraine directy from your account if this charity still exists at Dreamstime: -> https://de.dreamstime.com/donate-for-ukraine

you don't do olympics with olympic rings or anything copyright related The subject of the Olympics has a special aftertaste for me... A long time ago, when I was still working as a game developer, I once received a letter from the Olympic Association with a large number in it and a cease and desist order - since then the subject has been taboo for me :-) And yes, of course I also have sports pictures without naming brands and without logos. It always surprises me when you enter Olympic in the search, how many images are listed there - a real powder keg. You also see a lot of images with three stripes sportswear and Nike logos.

misery loves company and all that ... lots of sport themes around the olympics, lots of family and people doing summer things, lots of ai related themes etc... I have to admit that after my account block in October '23 I didn't dare to upload pictures on the subject of the Olympics - the Olympics is a subject with many legal problems and I can't afford another account block :-) This week I have 109 downloads on Friday evening, position 3,450.

Thanks @Cobalt & @InjusticeForAll It's good to know that you're not alone in the downward trend - of course it would be nicer if things were looking up for everyone I had already flirted a little with the 2,000 position, but now it's heading strongly towards 4,000 ^^
