"Contributors who participate in the Revenue Share Special Program will share 40% of net subscription revenue. Royalties are prorated among Contributors according to the proportion of their files in individual subscribers downloads, with increased earnings for those at higher Contributors Levels. Royalties for files downloaded under the Program are awarded in aggregate at the end of each month."
I wonder if anybody got royalties from the Revenue Share Special Program, because all I see is $0.00. After I removed all best sellers, good sellers and average sellers from their selection I left some low sellers for a test.

Clipdealer refuse to pay my royalties for almost TWO YEARS and to delete my portfolio. They continue to sell my images and keep my money for themselves (or himself - Markus Hein). STAY AWAY!!!

BTW if you sell images on Panthermedia your portfolio is on Alamy in their account. In the search you can see the competing duplicates of your images and if somebody buys some of them you will make less money and it will be harder to achieve the $250 to stay at 40% commission level.

According to the e-mail I've received today Depositphotos is celebrating their achievement of reaching 200 million files mark. I wonder how much of the files are stolen!

"I thought it was just a glitch but, when someone else told me they had the same problem, I was a little worried."
why? why such catastrophic thinking? 2 people didnt get the payment confirmation email so the agency must be in financial trouble. if anything if more people would have the issue i would feel more reassured that its not just me and that it has to be a bug,
if they were on the brink of bankruptcy there would have been a lot more noise for a much longer time
Because two months ago they cut our royalties with financial hardness explanation and now this... And BTW I'm sure the people who had problem with their payments are hundreds if not more.

Same here. This happened in the early 2020 too.

My RPD was 5c, now it's probably even less. But they have just less than 4% of my portfolio.

I'm still waiting for my two payouts. Already more than 17 months since the first was requested. The owner Markus Hein (the thief) still don't answer my e-mails and refuse to delete my images. I tried to delete my keywords but they reappear soon after that. I'll be very glad to see him punished!

I must admit I'm not very excited by these exciting news! Any free content is adding fuel in the race to the bottom.

Don't upload your work to Clipdealer! They refuse to pay my money for more than 11 months, don't answer my e-mails and refuse to delete my images!
Leaf, please delete them from the list with agencies.

Since they're destroying our livelihood, let's take their online reputation down a few notches. I've complied a list of sites where you can file a report against company or leave a review.
Better Business Bureau https://www.bbb.org/us/ny/new-york/profile/digital-media/shutterstock-inc-0121-81420
Review Websites https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.shutterstock.com https://www.sitejabber.com/reviews/shutterstock.com https://www.g2.com/products/shutterstock-shutterstock/reviews
Social Media https://www.facebook.com/Shutterstock/ https://twitter.com/Shutterstock https://www.youtube.com/user/ShutterstockInc/featured
I don't recommend using your real account for comments on social media. They may be able to trace it back to you and disable your account. But we shouldn't let up. Let's leave reviews on all these websites and hammer their social media.
Has the game changed from forcing Shutterstock to the negotiating table to damaging their reputation and bussiness and moving on to pastures new. I am all for moving on and hope the buyers follow, but many here would prefer the former choice. This kind of destruction instead of uniting us puts us in two camps.
I don't think it is splitting us at all. I am all for trying to get a better deal. But the sad fact is that they absolutely will not move on this without some serious pressure. This is that pressure.
They are a publicly traded company. They literally must, by law, act only in the interest of their shareholders. The only way they can/ will give us a better deal is if it is made clear that their share price will suffer if they don't. That is all there is too it.
and if you succeed with those tactics you will be killing your golden goose not that it bothers me, but others might want the goose to survive.
The goose is not golden anymore, more like rusty iron goose and it's ready for recycling.

Halted uploads. All New Stuff will go to better places. Removed all links to ShitterStuck portfolio. Removed all shitstuck related sites from my microstock database.
Stop feeding greedy shitheads.
You may want to remove the link to your SS portfolio here on MSG too.

I see a lot of contributors thinking they will make more just a few months after January 1. But it will be true only if the subscription royalties are fixed at the current level. Because now we don't get 30% for subs, we get much more. So, no fixed subs = huge cut! I'm ready to disable my portfolio on June 1 if I'm right with my calculations and they don't change their decision. I hate to say it but if we don't do something now, even AS (which I like very much) will consider cutting our royalties.

I will definitely remove my images after 6 months, but I'm worried about my IS portfolio on Canva!

I've sent several emails and also contacted via website form with request to close my Crestock account and remove my images from Crestock, Masterfile and all their partners.
No answer at all and they keep selling my files. Looks like the just decided to steal our contents.
Did anyone manage to close Crestock account lately? What can be possibly done to stop this theft?
I did the same with the same results. They just want to use our money to cover their losses.
