Just an update - both base and plugin should be ready for an update, fixing the collection and "symbiocard" issue.

The base theme will not update for me. I see the 2.6.5 update and it seems to go through the process but my base theme stays at 2.6.4 and continues to alert me there is a 2.6.5 update available. I have tried a couple of times with no luck.

I'd have to look at your issue directly at this point to know exactly whats happening.

Leo, I can wait for the next Premium update and see if the new version works.
Just let me know when the new version is ready for download.

My error. I uploaded the older version. Try again.

Here on my new awesome linux setup I've been able to write some scripts that automatically update EVERYTHING in one click. I just have to remember to "click"! Meanwhile I'm going to get github running the same way :D

BTW -  did you update the symbiostock premium? Thats where the fix is set. Please do so. Even if it doesn't say there is an upgrade available, just click UPDATE on that plugin and it will fetch everything.

Also if you have a cache set up be sure to empty it to see changes applied.

I just need a confirmation from both of you that this is the case. In both cases I've checked things and nothing should have changed. In the meantime, jsnover's all set :D Inspired the creation of a whole new plugin :D

Creating Licences (as I understand it and from memory as have accidentially locked myself out of site, I know what I did wrong this time just need to find solution :) )

1.  Create your new licences in WP pages, publish and make a note of the URL

2.  Under Symbiostock - Licences
Choose type - Standard/Extended/Custom , give it a name, add the URL as per No. 1 and chose where it will go Over/Under/Etc
if you are adding an extra fee such as for extended then click the Yes box and fill in the prices.  Add a note in the next box to briefly describe the licence (this will appear in the pop-up when someone clicks on the little licence icon once published) - then click Save and you will have a new licence.  You cannot edit this only delete and start again.   Repeat as required for further licences.  Save.

3.  Go to Symbiostock - Batch Edit
Enter keyword of images you wish to add licences to and click the Search box (NOT enter/return) and those images will show up.  Either click the last number or select some by clicking on the images
Select the first option at the top - Settings & Prices
Scroll down to the bottom and select the licence(ses) you are going to add to that image
Click Save and hopefully those licences should now be added to your images

I will modify this post later to add correct terminology

Thanks a lot for that explanation, got it working now. :)

Couple of things that need looking at with regard to licenses....

1. In the My Account section (http://thpstockphotos.com/customer-licence-and-file-management-area/) there is still a permanent link to the EULA in the blue bar at the bottom of the images in cart section. This link is redundant and confusing, as it only points to the one license, whereas the buyer may have just selected a different one. Can we remove this link entirely perhaps?

2. On the image detail page (http://thpstockphotos.com/image/koala-4/ ), why do we have the blue bar below the Download button that just says "Standard License"? Can this be removed? Think someone mentioned this one earlier, but can't seem to find an answer to it. It also seems redundant and confusing.

3. It seems (I might be wrong) that no license is selected by default. Personally I think it would be easier if the Standard license was selected by default. But others may disagree...

4. I added an "onpage description" as its called in the license section to my standard license, but it doesn't show up. It does for extended license, which makes me think it'll only show up if you've selected the license as a "purchasable upgrade" (which a standard license isn't). Can we have it show up regardless of whether its an upgrade or not? I think its a great way to have a little snippet about the different licenses.

Umm, think thats it for now... ;) Sorry Leo!

I have not checked with latest upgrade yet but excerpts was missing from the last one.

One thing if it is easy to do - could the size of the Slug box on the edit page be enlarged so you can see the whole thing as you can the title to easily check it please

Important! :D

We're going to start wrapping up Symbiostock into a final and highly polished final product. After that it will be simple sustaining and updating as technology progresses.

Please see this thread. Very important: We are simply trying to refine what we already have, not add new featuers.

I'm going to lock this one to keep the forum noise down. I've transferred the main requests of this thread to microstockman's:
