same here..i think a 7.xx something RF sale. Just had a sale on the 6th, refunded on the 7th. Haven't had that before. Perhaps CC fraud, if it's happened to a few of us?

there is actually a batch process for files..and I don't paste the main keywords option, skip the categories..just submit all. so if all your files are keywords ready then just a few clicks... much better than dreamstime, istock, that require to spend time to move your files repeatedly and then rejected for similar, composition..blah blah. I do make a few illustrations once a while there, and it seems only that few illustrations who had repeated sales, but my photos which is not produced in studio type isn't really selling in panthemedia. a small sale sold the day before and got refund yesterday, first refund in alamy, so it seems yesterday was a day with lots refund in alamy.

oic..thanks leaf for the information. quite interesting to know, what is the reason many big name are happened to be in south africa? the model i saw on the portfolio is always with yuri, so i will think maybe it is just another brand or name for yuri..
I won't not surprise to see other model, but i will think for those top contributors, they may prefer to source out some models themselve..base on the location, and working relationship.
So maybe the top contributors are spread their portfolio with different brands also?
Yuri shoots a lot in South Africa, as do a number of other big name stock photographers. They use lots of the same models.

Hi all,
I think there are quite a popular faces among top contributors.
I happened to see a few popular model under different photographer name.
I wonder are the top photographers just use different or multiple accounts on different sites? or just the models aren't exclusive to one photographer.
it is known those top contributors managed multiple accounts and different names under many sites?

I was able to login and browse before..even with the password change page..but now not anymore. That is weird. When I had the bug, I could still use the site, login/out like always. The only problem I had was the continuous request to change my password (which I only did once).
I did report it to DST, and they replied "it was fixed". Maybe they meant they had transferred it to another contributor

i realize there is a 'galleries' features to show on contributor portfolio page.. it seems is grouped by the set, but for my case only 2 sets are showed on page.

pocketstock is actually the one of the new site which had put a lot of efforts..like good tutorial in sites..customer service blah blah..like serious in business.

i think most sites will just review style of your photos and quality of your post processing..
keywords and description is not necessary since after approved you need to submit it again..
but for shutterstock.. i think you need to fill up the keywords and description during application? since i remember once it is approved, it will be online.

I think you can right click..and then there is option select object under..something like that..
or you can just select both thing..and hold the shift and select the top..then it will deselect the top..so only the below object is selected.
for filled or non filled object..look for the panel on top..there is one for color and one for border or shape..the border u can chooose none..then it is non filled.

My tif files is same name of the jpg, I export the jpg from the tiff file..and sychronise again, but the jpg is not imported.

hi gostwyck, thanks for the link.. it is quite interesting to know it started as his own channel to provide photos.. so shutterstock was started as a website to sell his own image..so he is the first contributor, i wonder does his portfolio still in shutterstock?

Jon used to have about 15K images there but his port is now much smaller. He was originally listed as 'Shutterstock' rather than JEO and, slightly strangely, is actually contributor #81. Maybe that was his lucky number or something.

I am trying to quote a website who use my image as homepage image, it is a badminton court related arena rental service.
I wonder is that kind of usage consider as 'advertising/promotion' or just 'corporate website'?
